She didn't like having to potentially manhandle someone who was already hurt, but it apparently was necessary to keep them from hurting themselves further, in this case. While she doesn't necessarily feel the cold so much (her own body temperature being low as it was considering vampire), the ice on the other's arms has her at attention immediately, though it melts again within a few seconds. Temporary memory loss on top of having powers ... this could get messy. She exhales slowly (more for show than anything) before speaking again, her voice more steady and soothing:
"Then we need to get you somewhere safe, at least. Your memories might come back to you with some time, but we need to make sure you're okay otherwise. You got roughed up pretty badly."
