She should've known that something was up tonight. The air felt different, or something. Not that Mina wasn't used to dealing with unusual situations, what with being what she was and her current line of work.
Anyway -
The call came through pretty quickly, and she's already moved ahead of the others as they arrive at the scene. It's not horrible, per say, but it's still something that they needed to look into. Thankfully it's dark enough currently that people don't seem to notice how unusual her movements are until she reaches someone in the wreckage. One hand is trying to prop them up a little while the other reaches for her radio:
"Looks like I've got someone in here, mid-20's, male. Some scrapes and bumps, not sure if there's any brain trauma." She tucks it back into the holster at her hip while she gently tries to check vital signs - "Pulse is normal, going to do a quick diagnostics check." Luckily, she's had enough practice over the years that it's more like a quick jab of a needle than anything when her fangs pierce his wrist, taking a quick sip before immediately licking the wound to close it and wrapping it up in bandages. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary at first, but there was a distinct aftertaste that has her staring down at the man in her arms.
"Shit..."

Date: 2017-11-06 05:40 am (UTC)No, the most concerning thing right now was this frightening blank that he was drawing when he was trying to remember...well, anything. What had happened. Why he was here. Who he was? He had some vague recollection that he was supposed to be a someone with some kind of memory or past, like he was trying to put his finger on something that wasn't quite there.
But at the very least, he managed to open his eyes. His vision was still blurry but at least he was able to make out a vague image of a person. It took a few moments for that image to sharpen into features he could see. There was a soft groan and then he reached out sharply to try and grab onto her. There was...something that he was doing here. What was it?
